About the Ispray Website

Ispray.com.au is powered by the entrain, the training platform.

The site allows users to access training packages, online assessments and book into training events uploaded to the site by selected training providers and companies. All training accessed through the website is recorded in the sites training register, simplifying the record keeping process.

How does the Site Work?

For members who want to access training

Once you have signed on to the site by selecting the Join Ispray link on the home page you can use the site to book into training events via the calender on the home page, use the toolbox items, download training packages and materials from the Training Library and complete online assessments through the Assessment Library from a number of training providers and companies interested in improving the way farm chemicals are applied. All of the training you complete will be recorded in the sites training register, which you can access at any time via Members Options.

An overview of the processes and procedures are outlined in the PDF documents which viewed and printed by clicking on the icon / link in the right hand column.

For Training Providers and Companies Providing Information Packages

To become an ispray provider you must first register as a training provider by entering the Trainers Access link and completing the 'register as a training provider' section. Once you are approved as a provider you can submit a training package or course materials to the site for review and inclusion in the training libray. Packages may be accredited or custom, and may be delivered face to face or via home study, with the option to complete online assessments (where appropriate).

Once approved, your package will be made available for download from our website. Your packages are only available when members pay for training, or when a training event is confirmed. If you are providing information packages at no charge to users, an annual fee for use of the site can be selected during the registration process.

After your packages are accepted to the site, you will be given trainers rights to add events to the training calendar and make use of the ispray website to handle bookings and payments for your training. The site also automatically issues tax invoices and statements of attendance when the training register is updated. Approved providers can also add links to their website, add articles and presentations to the toolbox, send bulk emails to participants and create and send online surveys.
